New photos capability

You can now upload photos into photo albums, and also comment on them (like facebook). You can get there directly through the "Tools" menu on the site toolbar, and also you can add the photo album widget on your profile. The file limit is huge at the moment but I need to think about server space, so I may have to decrease that limit in the future.
Well go to the top "tools" menu, click on photos. Make sure it is on "your photo albums". Either click to add a new album, or click ON the album and on the left you'll see "upload pics to album".
